I'm not usually one for reviews, but I just wanted to give as much information as I can since I took a gamble with this backpack.
This bag is pretty sturdy, I feel like it will hold up very well. No loose stitching or any weak points. Zippers are very sturdy and don't snag. The leather magnetic clasp holds the flap on the outside down (mine is a bit longer than the magnet it connects to and I can't tighten it? Could just be me, let me know if there's a way). The inside has quite a bit of space, what I currently have in mine:
- 6 Ultra Pro Satin Towers (can easily hold 9, they have to lay straight up or they won't fit)
- 3 BCW Deck boxes. (Could hold 12-15, These need to lay sideways)
- 3 Ultra Pro 60 card plastic deck boxes. (Could hold a ton of these not even going to try)
- 3 DND books in the laptop sleeve.
- A million various DND and magic stuff with the outside compartments.
The compartments are pretty modular and are held with Velcro pieces. I am pretty confident that you could change things up to fit any need.
The side compartment were a bit of a let down, they are extremely tight. I can fit 1 Monster playmat tube in there. Please, do not try to fit a Monster double playmat tube in there, never gonna happen. Nothing really to cry about though.
One thing I really like about this backpack too is the inner wall, I don't know if it was intended for this, but it is an extra layer of security. Not just for your cards, but also from theft. I have been the victim of theft before and I swore I had my eyes on my bag the whole time, still happened. With the zipper in front and the inner zipper, I feel much more comfortable.
