This pan is perfect. You can make pancakes if you want. I used them to make English muffin sandwiches. The eggs are absolutely the perfect size. Non stick and so easy to clean up when done. The bottom has the even cooking temp plate. It looks like a flower on the bottom to evenly distributed the heat. The handle came separate with a screw abs an extra to affix to the pan. Easy assemble and ready to cook. Loving my new addition to the kitchen.

Didn’t want to write this until I tried it. Placed on my electric stove. Waited a few minutes to allow it to heat. It was extremely easy to flip pancakes and eggs with a spatula. It’s also extremely easy to clean. It’s not very thick so it will not take up too much space in your kitchen. Extremely pleased with it.
