I used the box couple of times as it was slow, it's not working after resetting to factory setting send hard reboot reset. Don't buy it.

This product came with very sparse instructions. I was never able to watch a complete movie without pauses, or complete stops. Some movies played with degraded sound quality. There are two lighted colors to indicate the status of the device, green and blue. After several hours of attempting to watch movies I did a factory reset and then the entire time I attempted to access and watch movies in the Exodus app, the light alternated between green, light blue and dark blue intermittently. There were error messages about a "log" which I was never able to find. Maybe this was a refurbished unit that was sent out again. If so, don't do that to customers. When I buy a product, I purchase it to use and enjoy, not to become a tech genius, downloading software, updating this, interpreting error messages, and waiting for minutes upon minutes for movies to finally start, only to have them stop or pause constantly. This is not a good experience; SO MUCH FOR PLUG AND PLAY!

While I had high hopes for this box it was apparently defective. The power would intermittently drop out for varying amounts of time and it seemed like I was troubleshooting the device more than enjoying the programming. When the device stayed powered on it was great. The playback was smooth and I was able to enjoy about 3 hours of programming, albeit interrupted by sudden shutdowns. The remote keyboard / mouse was decent enough after mastering it and finding the mouse / touchpad initiation sequence. The in box remote was fine as well. I am returning this unit, but the features and price point are good. The OS appears to be a hybrid of some sort but not Android 6.0 (more like a custom build of 5.1.1...) I may still consider the Q-Box line if I could find a non-defective unit.... This was a gift from the wife so I'd be willing to try another unit.
