I gave it 5 stars even though I haven't used it yet. I can see that it would be good except that my Anova does not fit. I have looked through some pictures on Amazon to try to figure out what the problem is and it seems that my bracket (with screw) is much shorter than some in pictures. Perhaps the side mount would work. It would cost me as much postage to return the item as it will to order a side mount cover. So, this will be my loss. Wish the explanation/description was more specific. Being new to the IC item I wouldn't have thought of any of this.

The product description specifically states that this container will not work with the Anova Nano.
I gladly found that this is not completely accurate.
The Anova Nano has a shallower slot and shorter screw for the “hanger” than does the Anova Precision Cooker. I suspect that Everie was concerned that the Nano would not be able to go over the lip of the container.
I simply retracted (loosened) the screw as far as it can normally go. Then I tilted the Nano backwards a little bit, and it slipped right over the lip. It did not require any force or any modification. I did this with the cover in place. Very simple.
I really love the 7 qt size of the Everie container. It is the perfect size for cooking for two people. The Everie is the only one that I have found this size, and the price is terrific.
I have two now. I use one with the Nano and one with the Precision Cooker.

The first time I used my sous vide the water evaporated fast and I destroyed a rack of ribs. So this is the solution I found.

Let me start by saying that the product is a1 awesome!! The image I uploaded is after 12 hours and the water is still touching the lid. I feel like the insulating sleeve will save my sous vide’s heating element by not making it work so hard and save me time by making this has hands free as possible.

The second point is the customer service at Everie is amazing!!!! I ordered the wrong lid for my sous vide and they sent me the corrected one free of charge and were amazingly friendly about it. This has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had.

1000% recommend.
