I have an LG 24 Flatron Monitor that has an HDMI input. I am running vista.
I tried to connect the HDMI from the card to the HDMI entry of the monitor but could not get any image. Then connected the DVI to HDMI connector and my screen was shifted to the left a couple of inches. I found some instructions on the NVidia site on how to override some registry values to get the system to recognize the monitor as a monitor and not as a TV. The problem has been reported to NVidia in Jan/Feb 2008 and they have not yet released a fix for the problem.
After some time, one of the DVI outputs stop working and I had to switch to the other one to get an image.
On the DVI port that work, the image looks great and I can run my games without major increases in temperature.

The EVGA GTX 295 is the fastest dual GPU video card on the planet and will run much cooler with the backplate on the 017-P3-1292-AR "Plus" version or just add the backplate from EVGA to the 017-P3-1291-AR.
