Used to love EVGA - great warranty...however after being a loyal customer since 2006 for them, I now understand why they have such warranty's - their products do not last.

I am about to RMA this board for the 6th time in 3 years - and countless video cards - GTX 260's, 560's, 770's,etc. Cards and Board are EVGA.

When I First got the board, there was something wrong early on and I had to RMA it...2nd board, socket pins were bent... 3rd board, worked for almost 3 years before the PCI Express slot went out and my 770's stopped working, but my 560's did (tried trouble shooting many different ways - Power supplies, checked voltages, etc). RMA'd the 770s, still the same problem (screen goes to solid color becomes unresponsive)..so time to once again RMA this board... got the new one in - something is wrong with the memory slot or cpu slot..Now I'm wondering, especially given the history I've had to RMA - do they actually test the products before they are shipped out? Supervisor Rep claimed they did, but my experience would indicate otherwise. Now I'm waiting on my 3rd RMA in less than a week or 2 for the same board, which I had RMA'd 3 years earlier... I asked for next day shipping, since they charge for collateral for cross shipping on the first board - best I could get would be 2 day shipping (I post this on a thursday night, which means I Won't get a board that 'hopefully' works as early as Monday or Tuesday). And that pisses me off...

Call me petty if you want - my system has been down over 2 months now. I think its ridiculous this is going to be my 6th motherboard within 3 years and only 2 of them worked through the RMA process...not gonna get started on how many video cards I've RMA'd through them... EVGA has just lost a loyal customer.

Great motherboard with lots of possibilities, but had some troubles getting drivers to work properly because of the odd assortment of the SATA ports. Intel ports worked fine, the top-most two didn't.
