This is an excellent Graphics card, BUT it only uses U.S.B. connections for output. If you have a monitor that uses the new U.S.B. input system get it! It's great. If, however, your monitor uses an EVGA, VGA, or HDMI input, this is not the card for you. Yes there are adapters, but they add considerable expense to the cost of this system. Check your monitor's connector and get the graphics card with the proper connectors!
I don't know who designed this card that it should take up three slots in your computer when it's just 75-85 watts. I bought this for my mini ITX and it won't fit at all. Weird because I had an RTX 2060 in there before I gave that to a relative and the RTX 2060 comfortably fit within just two slots (the standard). Waste of time.
The card is extremely efficient in terms of power requirements and temps. Running at factory overclocked speed it reaches between 51C and 62C at room temperature in the 80's (F).
It doesn't need the 6-pin PSU power cable, it draws power from the PCIe bus. It consumes less than 75 watts of power.
When I had to return another card, the RMA process was quick and painless, which is a big plus when buying a card with 3-years warranty.

This card is great for 1080p and even 1440p gaming at good framerates even when playing AAA games
Pros * Great price, specially considering the 10 series cards are even more expensive than this * Zips power but still reqs a 6 pin connector (I use a Sata to 6 pin PCI connector with no issue on a Dell Vostro prebuilt) * Low noise and Temps
Cons * Requires a 6 pin connector * Uses 3 PCI slots, i have no idea why a small card like this requires 3 slots, i had not checked this and this barely fit into my Dell Vostro * There are other versions of this card at almost the same price with more standard sizes and some with no PCI connector
Overall this is a great upgrade from integrated graphics or old cards, fits great in prebuilts, just remember the 6 pin connector, but to be honest i would have picked a dual slot card anytime as that makes it more compatible to other cases than this

This card provides excellent frame rates and it is relatively quiet. This card also has NVIDIA's Turing architecture which is reliable and power efficient. I have had no issues installing this card, and the instructions for installation are clear. This card does require a 6 pin PCIe power adapter as it uses 85 watts as the TDP, so make sure your power supply has one.
This is a good card if you're on a budget and want some CUDA acceleration for your desktop. Personally, I have some applications that require CUDA cores for proper operation (Photogrammetry and Adobe's Mercury Playback Engine), and it's not so much that I need the fastest performance out there as it is that I need some CUDA cores to merely EXIST at all for certain features to work! This card is a great because much like the 1550 ti before it, it offers a decent entry-level gpu without costing significantly more than other components in your desktop. It is faster than the 1550ti, so that's nice, and does a decent job pumping out fps in light gaming if that's your thing. One thing I didn't know beforehand and wish I did: This card does NOT support the Nevnc Turing engine. It only supports the (somewhat inferior) Volta one, which isn't as efficient in hardware accelerated video encoding. Since I bought this card primarily to compliment a home video editing setup, I wanted that feature. The new 1650 SUPER, which is a slightly more expensive card, DOES have the Turing engine, and when that showed up in a Google search I assumed this card had it as well. Its a shame, I was looking forward to that but I'll have to wait until the next time I upgrade my GPU.

I have a 1080p 50 inch tv that does 60 frames a second. This card is a great match. The money I save at 10 cents a kilowatt will play for this card in under 3 years. It games well, looks fantastic. It replaced my ti760. It took a while to settle on a card. I wanted a 1660 ti but I just didn't need that kind of power. And EVGA backs there cards well. I had one die 10 years ago and it was upgraded when it got replaced.

In a low cost Ryzen 7 2700 system this card is running well with a slight overclock at 2Ghz with +750Mhz overclock on the VRam. I’m getting 110FPS in Just Cause 3 on max settings and 70FPS in Far Cry 5 on nearly max settings.
People complain that it takes up 3 slots. That’s because of the massive heatsink. I love that, because it runs more quietly. With MSI Afterburner I can set the fan to be off until it reaches 30C, so when doing anything but gaming or video rendering this card is silent. And even when gaming it’s so much quieter than I expected.
I got it on Amazon Warehouse. It was an open box but unused item and I saved $80.
I love this card. It even runs some older or less demanding games at 4K.

I bought this because I wanted a GPU I could install without having to upgrade my Power supply. While it did work for that purpose I have only seen slight improvement over my GTX 960. After spending so much on the card it was pretty disappointing. I should have listened to the reviews. Sigh.

Easy to install, you will need 3 empty slots for it. Just install the driver and restart. I use it on TV 1080p, trough HDMI port, and never had a issue. Is more silent than previous 1050 GTX card, and that is great. I`ve plug in the additional 6pin supply cable but works same without it.
