Ive had the board for 3 months now. The Board is a solid board with quality parts. I use it with an NZXT vulcan Micro atx case can and I can sli two gtx 560s with no problems. I had a little trouble with the board freezing at first with an i5 2500k but after installing the latest drivers the freezing never came back.

Easily overclocks., quality parts. The only real con in my opinion is that you cant see the digital temperature display when the second card is installed in sli but not a big deal though.

Id say they have gotten the bugs out of this guy so dont hesitate to purchase!

After connecting up everything get error 58. I'll see what support I get from EVGA. As far as I can tell, there is no troubleshooting written up. The document in the MB box is very skimpy - there is no explanation other than a phrase for error codes. 58 is "CPU self test failed or possible CPU cache error". The cpu is a brand new i5-2500K. Normally MB manufacturers list what specific CPUs are supported but EVGA doesn't. Also there is no list of what memory is supported, etc. I am certainly not going buy EVGA agsain.

I just bought this board and it comes with a selection of accoutrements such as molex to sata adapter a sli bridge and a usb add on card for the back of the computer. I upgraded to a core i5 ivy bridge and after reading the evga forum discovered there is a bios update to support the 22nm cpu's also. I have not tried the update yet but it is a windows based executable file and I've had a good experience with this type of bios update previously so I'm not worried about the process. Take care if you decide to try this on your own, bios updates can be tricky, but if you are slightly tech savvy you could probably figure it out. One of the other bonuses to this board is the configuration of the Pci-e slots and the ability to run sli on a micro atx motherboard. I really couldn't find another board in this form factor that would support the sli because I have a medium sized case and it fits in a relatively compact area in my house. I have a few evga video cards and have had really good luck and a good experience with them so I had no questions or concerns in buying one of their mother boards. It turned out to be, what i believe, a fantastic deal for what you get(i paid $80 for mine). Keep in mind you can put a very power consuming cpu in this board and you may be required to use a 8pin cpu connector from your power supply, but I'm currently using a i3 2100 sandy bridge and the 4pin connector from my psu works perfectly (this obviously leaves 4pins open on the mother board), the 4 pin will fit into only the half of the socket and it will not fit into the other half, you just have to know how to orient the clasp with the catch on the socket and you're good to go. I would definitely recommend this motherboard although by most standards it is relatively old.

I purchased this board around a year ago, because it had the headers i wanted such as firewire, 4 pin (pwm controlled) fans and an 8 pin power connector for the cpu. Other then the vastly more exspensive top of the line asus micro atx board this was the only option.

So far the board has worked well / and i was to busy to really max out my overclock, so i didnt noticed that the 4ghz overclock i had chosen on the first day had caused the auto voltage to raise my cpu's voltage to 1.375V which is very high, almost to the level of degrading the cpu. So if you overclock the cpu you will most likely want to select a manual voltage because the auto will make the voltage go too high for no reason, as my cpu easily handled 4.0ghz at 1.2v once i realized the board was doing this and spent the time to overclock it properly / and find the lowest voltage that would allow it to run stable.
