It cools really really well (it's a 360mm after all, with a decent pump) but it's *loud.* I can certainly put up with that for the price though. Mine was $80 + $30 worth of fans. $110 for a great 360mm AIO is going to be super hard to beat in terms of value. Great for users who want amazing water cooling on a budget
But the noise it generates is a bit "unexpected".
Installation is straight forward depending on what you seek. As always remember to mount in order of optimal efficiency: Rad up top, Rad front tubes down with top of rad above CPU, Rad front tubes up and above the pump head. If you have to mount the rad on the bottom of your case, get a new case.
You can use EVGA LEDSync and/or FlowControl software to control the AIO which also controls the rest of your motherboard lighting if you happen to use an EVGA motherboard.
Performance is great. Check out numerous reviews online and you will see the 360mm model places in the top half of the pack consistently.
The only major problems are the flow control software and the fans themselves.
The fans can spin up to ~2550rpm and they are insanely loud and nowhere near as effective as static pressure fans as many other brands offer. I ended up switching them out for Arctic P12s which are fantastic and much quieter.
Another problem is the wiring assembly EVGA uses which is a 3 way splitter instead of a single run or even a removable run. You end up with a jumbled mess on the other end. Of course that might not even be the main issue as the FlowControl software....
The FlowControl software can't slow the fans down meaningfully or control them properly. This has been an issue with both the 120, 280 and 360 models from EVGA which I own and have used. Each and every time I end up just running the fan controls directly to the motherboard and control them from there.
The major plus of using the software is it does allow you to alter your RGB lighting on the pump and EVGA system board (but not your GPU even if it is an EVGA) and it allows pump control and coolant temp monitoring.
In summary, the rad and Asetek gen 5 pump design is more than adequate and works great if you're going for an EVGA themed build. Numerous reviews place the 280mm and 360mm in the upper top portions of guides even against newer models. I give it a 5/5
The fans, fan wiring and fan control software is simply subpar and you would be better served using better static pressure fans and controlling the fans from the motherboard instead. I give it a 1/5

UPDATE 3/5/22021: I've ordered 3x of these open box from Amazon 1x 280mm and a 1x 360mm. Both arrived complete and working as intended. The last one I ordered (a 280mm) arrived missing the USB 2.0 cable, 4x AM4 screws and 1x AMx screw. It was clearly used for quite some time. I returned that one and ordered a brand new 360mm as I didn't want that experience again.
The 360mm worked great and was used for an AM4 installation on a 5800x and works fine. 72c max temps under CB20 PBO on, no adjustments yet which will end up lowering that even more. CB20=6115 right out of the box.
