This could just be a bad set, but $7.99 is a lot of money to spend for markers that die after a few moments of use.Unless the company can offer a quality replacement product, I would not recommend these markers to anyone, and I would greatly appreciate hearing from the company to know why their product was so poor and whether they will make amends. I'm hoping their customer service is better than their product!

I can't say enough bad things about these "markers." I use that term loosely because in my experience markers usually leave something behind when you write with them.
I don't know if Expo has fallen on hard times.. owes money to a loan shark & had to cut costs somewhere?
The Russian mafia....?
Or a plot for world domination by descending society into chaos when their all too important lists seemingly vanish before their eyes.... "What do we do?! Take out the trash or pick up Spot from the groomers? Wait. Who was picking up Timmy from kickboxing? Oh God, did we forget Timmy?! What day is this?! GOD, WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?!!!!"
You don't even have a kid named Timmy. See what these markers have done to you? You've got to get away before they ruin you too.
Don't break eye contact, just keep scrolling slowly until you reach the 'Related to items you viewed' section. Click on anything, it doesn't matter; do it quickly before the markers see you. Just don't look away, don't show your fear. Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead.
My pack was really bad, I guess the markers dried out. It's super light so when I sit at my desk it does not stand out. I saw some of the other reviews and loved the colors but this just didn't work out for me. For the picture I had to go over the colors a couple of times in order for you to see it. I'm definitely buying another pack because I want the markers, but not ordering from Amazon.

In terms of these markers themselves, just like the other reviews, I'll say that they're not true to color (if compared to their respective caps). The difference in shades are a lot. I already own the three chisel dry erase expo markers before and the green and blue are both very true to their color. The pink chisel one however is very off from its respective cap. Therefore, when I got these expo fine markers, I was happy that the pink on that one matches the color of its cap. If the chisel pink and the fine pink are compared, the difference in shades are obviously great even though the color of their caps are the same. (It's not that my chisel one is running out of ink either as I barely use them). However as for the rest of the fine markets, all have lighter shades than expected especially the green and brown. It's more of a sea green and tan shade.
Nevertheless, I'll keep them cause I need them, but just know that the shades are not true to their color. The chisel ones I previously owned are more crisp and opaque in color except the pink I guess. These fine ones however are more translucent, showing shades similar to what a watercolor paint does.
