My house is situated with woods all around me. I have a large bird feeder station that attracts ton of birds, but apparently 2 suet feeders are not enough for the woodpeckers and other birds. I bought these to hang on the side of my home to keep the woodpecker’s away. My house has been checked for termites and other little creatures and is all good. The woodpeckers apparently just like to wake me up in the morning. The extra suet feeders placed strategically around my home has resolved the issue. The cages are well made and clasp tightly. Suet blocks fits in them nicely and they hang well. Very happy with the price and quality.

I have used this very type of suet holder for years and never been disappointed. They are very sturdy, remain closed after placement of the suet, and provide an easy access for birds to reach the suetl The only drawback is that they are not 100% squirrel proof, but that is the case with most bird feeders so I did not take any stars away. Recently a raccoon discovered our yard and managed to knock down and carry off two of my suet holders so I will need to figure out a way to more securely hang them. But the suet holders themselves are great.

I bought two of these at $2 each. I couldn't believe the price. They are easily worth 4 times that or more. Sturdy, easy enough for me to open but secure enough that they aren't going to pop open on their own. Heavy-duty metal frame that is coated so I don't expect it to rust. The chain is adequate and holding up well. I'd happily recommend them.

These little baskets are the perfect distraction for birds that were pecking on my house and making holes in it. I put the food in the little baskets, and the birds are picking up the food and stead of poking holes in my house. I didn’t want to poison them and so I did this option and it’s working very well. They are still making some noise but it’s because they’re pecking to get the food out of these little cages but they’re not making holes in my house. They forgot that that’s what they were doing. It totally distracted them great idea.

This is nicely coated with green rubberized paint to protect against rust. It’s easy to hang and easy to fill. The problem I’ve had is some critters are pulling it down. I lost one a month ago. I thought a squirrel knocked it down but it’s nowhere to be found. Maybe a raccoon ran off with it when they couldn’t open it. Anyway this is a good replacement at a great price.
