First of all, I like Eagle Creek items, but I am so disappointed. I purchased this suitcase to be my carry on luggage for a trip to Ireland. After researching, I believed it would be the perfect companion. The size is right, the bag itself does have strong zippers and clever way of packing a lot inside. But the first time I rolled it in Ireland the handle fell apart completely. The mechanism that allows the handle to be pulled out when rolling was extremely flimsy. That made for a difficult traveling experience as I had to physically carry the bag by the front everywhere. I cannot recommend it because it's useless if you actually need a bag that rolls. I'm hoping Eagle Creek will do the right thing and reemburse me.
