These earbuds are of superb quality and look like they should cost much more than they do. I had this pair for over a year, wearing them every day for 4 or 5 hours while I work, when the right bud failed and no longer had any sound. JLAB has excellent customer service-- I emailed them with a description of what happened and a copy of my Amazon invoice, and they sent me a replacement pair right away for $3 shipping. I went through 3 pairs of these in about 5 years (I eventually ordered a different color and gave the replacement for the original to my mom), but have since switched to a more balanced set of MEElectronics IEMs.
These come with a zippered carrying case and 3 sets of silicon tips (S, M, L). J-LABS also offers other tip sizes and styles for sale, but I found the included medium tips to fit well and form a decent seal. (Sound isolation capability of these IEM's is usually dependent on how well they fit, so while these had great isolation for me, your mileage may vary.) The cord is very high quality, not the cheap-o soft plasticky stuff you find one other earbuds in this price range. One thing I don't like (which probably contributed to my first set eventually failing) is the straight 3.5 mm connector-- a right-angled connector would have stood up better to daily wear. The sound quality from these is fairly clear, but bass-heavy. If that's your thing and you're looking for earbuds under $30, these are a great choice.
