Is it butter? No. It does not melt exactly like butter but it is very flavorful and really is better than other non-butter spreadable products.
And the lowered cholesterol was the main goal so having it taste great is a bonus. I will definitely be buying this regularly going forward

I don't do DAIRY and most margarines have some. These don't use dairy OR soy. Plus you can cook with this and the taste, while not exactly like real butter, is soooo good. PLUS, you don't have to worry about that waxy, fatty build-up in your arteries. (I don't take cholesterol medicine. It gives me side effects, so that's why I highly recommend this buttery spread.)

This is a great product. It's the best Earth Balance flavor, in my opinion. However, Whole Foods is the only Amazon delivery service that offers it in Dallas. Fresh has other Earth Balance products, why not this one?? Come on, Amazon. Fix this, please.
