Top Customer Reviews
As I've said in a review of their window cleaner, the 5-gallon deltagular jug might seem like kind of an insane amount to buy, but you can refill their regular spray bottles of the same product almost 30 times from one of these. At prices I usually see on the 22 ounce bottle, this 5-gallon deltangular jug will save somewhere between $30-$70. With about 1800 square feet of floor surface, we go through one of these in around a year. In that amount of time the contents don't degrade in any way and it's really nice to not have to remember to pick this kind of thing up at the store. You're almost never out. Plus, you're not sending almost 30 plastic spray bottles to the dump. (This jug is recyclable most places.) I get their floor cleaner, window cleaner, and general purpose cleaner in these and have them lined up on a shelf in the garage.
Setup of the spigot can be confusing if you've not dealt with this kind of dispenser before. Once you know how to do it, it's simple. I can understand being frustrated by this–as other reviewers have been–without some pointers.
To install the spigot, you need to knock the center out of the larger cap before screwing the spigot back in. Then you have a few options.
Option 1: First, remove the large cap from the jug. Next, insert one end of a short section of metal pipe (or something similar) around 3/4" in diameter into the center of the cap.Read more ›
