Great value, Healthy oats in a convenient resealable container. It took me 30 seconds to open container. Did you ever replace the inner tube in your bicycle tire as a child, Easy. Use a kitchen fork to break the seal like I show in the photo, use a dull butter knife to lift up the lid. Enjoy your oats.

    Really good quality oats and I don't understand all of the negative comments regarding the lid. It's the same way lids have been sealed for a long time. If you're hands are a little weaker then use a basic pair of pliers to grab the pull tab.

Better than any other brand I have ever eaten. If you like steel cut oatmeal, this is the brand to get. Very hard to find this quality. Large groats with very few fines.

    Hubs and I LOVE this oatmeal! If you're an oatmeal-lover; buy it. Cook it 3 to 1 proportions of water to oats, add a pinch or two of salt (trust me here - it makes it better) and simmer it on the stove until it's chewy or soft, whichever you prefer. We cook white raisins in ours and serve with a brown sugar/cinnamon mixture - just yum!
    This is NOTHING like oatmeal bought in the grocery store - even if you buy an expensive box of imported steel-cut oats. Eat a bowl of this and you'll not be hungry for hours!!
