Stephen T. Sinatra, M.D., F.A.C.C., is a board-certified cardiologist and certified psychotherapist with forty years of clinical experience treating, preventing and reversing heart disease. He is also certified in anti-aging medicine and nutrition.

I was blown away when I read this book. And then I got angry. Really, really angry. This book makes complete sense to me as to one of the main reasons why people are so sick in this world. We have completely gone against nature and we are reaping the rewards of this in the forms of illness, disease, and death. And at this point, I am not so sure we don't deserve it.

This quote in the book is very fitting:
Illnesses do not come upon us out of the blue. They are developed from small daily sins against Nature. When enough sins have accumulated, illnesses will suddenly appear.

After reading this book I immediately started earthing/grounding naturally in my backyard. I also ordered an earthing kit (half sheet and mat, cords and testers) through Earthing Dot Com so I could do it at night as well. (You can by the earthing kit on Amazon as well but after telling several people about it, it seems the kit does not always come with the book or directions like it does when you buy directly from their website.)

I have had insomnia for about a year, ever since I moved into a house where there was a Smart Meter on my back bedroom wall. Not sure if this has something to do with it or not, but if you read all the horrific health complaints people are having regarding smart meters, it is probably the likely culprit.

Immediately when I started grounding myself during the day and night my insomnia seems to have completely disappeared. I slept nearly 9 hours the first night I had it which is unreal to me. It only has been a little over a week now of using the earthing products. But I feel great. Instead of only getting 5-6 hours of restless sleep, I have been getting 7-8 of really deep/good sleep. Yes, I realize it could be a placebo effect. But I highly doubt it at this point. Time will tell if it is or isn't. I have more energy in the day now as well. My brain is working better. I was starting to develop memory problems due to being sleep deprived. I am not noticing that anymore. I am amazed.

I do believe this is one of the best health books ever written. Earthing is probably right up there with eating a good diet when it comes to our health. I cannot recommend this book enough. And I also recommend watching the documentaries that were done by the same people who wrote the book called Grounded and Heal For Free. Right now you can watch Grounded on Youtube for free.

Maybe one day people will truly wake up to the dangers of EMFs from all of our electronics including the horrible Smart Meters we have had forced down our throats by the NWO and the electric companies. A class action lawsuit is far overdo. And maybe, just maybe one day people will realize how far disconnected from the earth we have really become. Our stupidity is our own demise. And unfortunately, we are taking the animals and the planet down with us.

Update: 4/19/19 - People should research the 5G network that is going to be put in. Some very nefarious stuff going on. Some interesting things to look at with regard to the 5G network and vaccines/nanotech.

As someone who has been into health and fitness for over 6 decades when I saw this interesting 320 page soft cover volume on Amazon (Earthing: The most important health discovery ever by Clinton Ober, Stephen T. Sinatra, M.D. and Martian Zucker) for a bargain price I immediately purchased it.

The quick delivery service was good receiving the book in a few days. This is one of the most unusual kinds of books I have read lately and deals with information that is both scientific and esoteric at the same time. I never knew about this subject until I read this very interesting book. Basically, the theory seems to be based upon some scientific based research concerning the Earth’s electrical nature and how it can affect our health. By going bare foot on the outside ground or being grounded in some way with the actual earth for at least 30 minutes a day increases one’s overall health.

This easy to read book is organized into four parts. Part one explains why we are increasingly unhealthy-the missing link. Part two focuses on personal discoveries. Part three covers how this research connects with science. The final part gives instructions how to connect to the earth and provides various cases how Earthing has helped people and the future of this practice. There is also a detailed and informative appendices section.

This book fascinated me so much I went on line to check out for grounding products and was surprised how much material there was related to “Earthing.” If you are interested in the connection of how nature, earth and science can affect your health and well-being you may want to read this book.

There is probably more to Earthing than we will ever know. This book opens the door to many questions for those of us who remain pleasantly curious.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews but for this book I simply have to rave about it. For two weeks now I have been sleeping and working earthed. I’ve even been digging and planting barefoot in the garden! Never did that before, was quite surprised at how nice the soil felt under my feet!

I have noticed that chronic health problems are subsiding, I am sleeping much better, and I am feeling more centred inside of myself for the first time in many years, probably over a decade or longer. I’ve been able to trace many of my health crises over the years to times when they increased the electro-magnetic pollution on the earth. For example when they rolled out WiFi on a large scale etc. Maybe I am “sensitive” but my word it is an earth shattering revelation to be able to join the dots and see that often when we get sick it’s from environmental pollution, such as heavy metals and electro-magnetic pollution, usually outside of our control.

I also read another incredible book “The invisible rainbow” by Arthur Firstenburg while on holiday recently which really opened my mind to the damaging effects of electro-magnetic pollution in our bodies. Firstenburg exposes the problem and Ober and his team offer a solution.

This book covers Ober’s history and how he discovered earthing, some studies they carried out, and lots of anecdotal evidence on the benefits of earthing. It gives a good, all round view of what it is, how it came about and it’s benefits. I recommend for everyone to investigate earthing and to start practicing it, whether sensitive or not.

A big thanks to Clint Ober and his crew for their tireless work in investigating and sharing this crucial information around the world.

I write this in 2020 when we are on the doorstep of the 5G rollout. I predict the demand/need for earthing will grow. Good luck on your health journey and I hope earthing benefits you as much as it is benefiting me.
