I was having a lot of pain on my tongue and didn't realize it was my body's way of telling me to change some bad habits. The tongue "reading" section was especially informational and right on. My tongue no longer hurts and some digestive issues I was having are gone. Susan's suggestion of getting away from wheat and gluten has helped my bloating and has even helped me lose weight effortlessly.
Everyone should have a copy of this book on hand.
