This is the best addition to my kitchen of all purchases in the last few years. Making perfect boondi (indian snack) was always difficult for me, and I blamed my lack of skill. But now, with this boondi jhara, making perfect boondi is easy. Easy to clean up too. Sturdy handle. Good quality steel. Note: using a partially wet cloth of just hand, wipe clean the top and bottom of boondi jhara after every round of boondi making. This ensures perfect boondi to the last drop of batter.
