The only thing that gets irksome is making sure you seal the lids on properly so there are no leaks. That’s more user error though. Definitely worth the purchase!

I really liked the size, sections, and lid colors. Everything I packed fit perfectly. The only problem is that they don't stay sealed. The lids keep coming off on their own while in my lunchbag. I thought maybe I hadn't clicked it completely shut but after several days of trying & even having my husband close them for me just in case, the results are the same. They are definitely not leak proof, being as you can see space, as the lid is rather loose. The only way they stay shut is having it flat at the bottom of the bag. That limits the stuff I'm able to put in the bag so I decided not to use them. I guess I need something that locks or is similar to a Rubbermaid type seal.

5 days of lunches for my kids in daycare...just so easy I wish I saw these years ago. And hear me out, when it's $26 for a pack of 10 containers versus $26 for a single Bento you don't feel absolute devastation when your kid comes home with a missing lid or they have forgotten the container in their cubby at daycare for 3 weeks and you can't bring yourself to open it because of the gut-wrenching horrible smell so you give up and throw it in the garbage instead.

I actually really like this product. I have ordered them before and they were in good condition when they arrived. We have used them for the past 3 years but are beginning to wear out, so I ordered new ones. This time, the plastic was broken in the corner of two of the bottoms and one of the lids. The broken pieces are not inside the plastic shrink wrap, so it wasn't broken during shipping. The product is just defective. I will be asking for a refund for the broken ones.

I have seen these on Instagram often so decided to give them a try. The colours are vibrant and beautiful, and the lid snaps on tightly. I love container sizes (small, medium and xlarge). For the price point. they're a solid option. The thinner plastic by where the lid snaps on broke pretty quickly for me. And my kids tend to just want to click their lid on quick, so I had to point out that the lids need to go on a specific way (to match the divided areas). But overall I am happy and would probably buy again

These are great bento boxes at a great affordable price. We have a almost exact same sat by a different brand that came in a pack of six for around the same price that I prefer (only because they are easier for toddlers to open and close) but they don’t feel as good quality as these. I give my older two kids these ones as they are a bit harder to open but they also have a more secure fit to stay on in their lunch bag. Of course they aren’t leak proof but we use separate bento boxes when we need leak proof which isn’t often. These are perfect for most every day use as I have three in school and they all fit neatly in the dishwasher and come out perfectly clean and not warped. I even washed the lids on the lower rack on a heat dry and they have not warped or changed at all. My cheaper brand lids turned of milky colour but these have not they have stayed a nice translucent jewel colour. My favourite thing about them is that they are so light weight kids have enough stuff in their backpack when you add the lunch bag plus ice packs plus anything else they keep in their backpack like books. My kids would complain their backpacks are heavy when we would use leakproof more expensive bento boxes and these help to keep extra weight out.

*UPDATE* I've had them for a few months now, and I would say that these aren't made to stand up to kindergarteners. My 9 year old has used them with no issues, but the 5 year old has cracked two of them. They're still usable, but if you want something long-term durable I would suggest these might not be for you. Again though, they are really convenient and the compartments are really proportioned.
*ORIGINAL REVIEW* They're great for kid lunches, instead of having a bunch of containers it's one larger one and two smaller ones. I don't have the addons yet for other compartments inside the larger compartment, but I do like these.
