About the Author
Tosca Reno, author of The Butt Book, weighed over 200 pounds when she graduated from University in her 20s. At age 40 the still-overweight mother of three discovered eating clean. By 41 Tosca had become a fitness participant and swimsuit model, appearing in such magazines as American Curves. She now writes a regular over-40 column in Oxygen magazine and has written many articles for Reps! and Maximum Fitnss.

The book is easy to read. For a "diet" book, I didn't have any problems getting through it.
You feel better when you know that what you're eating/drinking is good for you.
I recommend this to anyone who wants to change their eating habits for life, this is not a fad diet book, I hate to even say diet, as it is NOT A DIET, but a LIFESTYLE change in our eating habits. Since enbarking on this Eat-Clean journey four years ago, I have lost 45 lbs and feel so much more alive. Eating this way give you so much energy, revitalized your body and you just feel good.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :D
She mentions a lot about weight training and going to the gym, however if you are just starting out, don't let that intimidate you. Even if you are at Curves, or doing a water aerobics class or working out at home, you will still get great results - and they will be well worth the effort put in! Great starting out work outs for home that don't require a lot of equipment are the 10 minute work out solutions dvds for the ball and resistance bands, and the book 101 workouts with weights. All you need are some dumbbells.
Good luck! Buy this - and READ it! It only took me 3 evenings. You will not be sorry.
