But I kept on reading and I found a wealth of information here not found in other traditional dieting books. When Stuart Fish talked about super foods he doesn't just give his reader a list of vegetables; he goes through all of the food groups - including the health benefits of dark chocolate and red wine. Okay, I could like him a little bit more now. Then he went on to explain the benefits you can get from the beverages you drink and he is not just talking about water here. Tea, coffee and beer all get a mention along with why those drinks might be good for you in some respects.
Perhaps for me the best part of this book was how so many of us lose touch with what our bodies are telling us and why it is really important to listen to what your body has to say. The author gives tips, a sample menu and some real practial ideas to improve your lifestyle so that you will not only be thinner, you will be happier too. I definitely can't argue with that.
So if you are overweight and struggling to lose it then I highly recommend this book for you. If you are sensitive about your weight then skip the first two pages but honestly do not ignore the rest of the secrets Stuart Fish shares with you. They are useful, practical, credible and will help you look at your dieting efforts in a whole new light. I loved it :)
