There is a description of fake fat producing discomfort and dragging whatever the gut is prevented from digesting out of the unfortunate bodies of people who ate too much of a fat substitute with "its molecules are too large for the body to digest" (p.40). So much of everything is fake now, it is great to find a source of actual information.
I read this book from beg. to end, then applied the principles, these principles worked, the weight came off, my Husband lost over 10 kgs, I have about 5 more kgs to lose
This is one of the best books I have ever read, he speaks truth...So if you are looking for some weight loss, look to this book, but you will have to change your way of doing things, like your eating habits, I.E. those bad oils which are high in Poly unsaturated oils which cause a lot of problems in your body. (health wise).
