I met Anna a few years ago through nutritionist and trainer Vinnie Tortorich and besides being impressed with the way she dominated the voiceover industry, I was mesmerized by the gorgeous recipes in her cookbook Eat Happy. That meant that as soon as I got the Celiac diagnosis from the doc and the no sugar, no grains marching orders from Vinnie, I went right out (online) and bought her book. Her recipes were interesting enough to get my attention but user-friendly enough to give me the confidence to try cooking them myself. Now, many of her meals are in heavy-rotation at my house and she even inspired me to start my own food blog - something I never dreamed of doing before. Anna is relatable. She's one of us. I can't wait to add more of her recipes to the rotation! - --Gina Grad
Anna Vocino's first cookbook, Eat Happy, was one of the first books that taught me my low carb ways. She cooks naturally, healthy, and of course with some fellow Italian flare. After learning her recipes, I couldn't wait for her to continue sharing her amazing cuisine, which she does exactly in Eat Happy Too. Because of Anna, I get to expand my Keto Guido ways even more. --Vinny Guadagnino The Keto Guido
