This book is fantastic and I would totally recommend it to anybody who wants to learn the truth to weight loss. We are bombarded with a 'Low Fat' culture as a weight loss technique and it is not only false but funded by the larger companies who will be effected if there is change.
Leigh, well done on this easy read that explains not only how to lose fat but live an energized life without starving yourself.
This book not only proves but teaches how we can and will improve health, drastically reduce diabetes and save our children from becoming fat.
It is a must read for everybody and it is also the reason I have maintained a 40kg weight loss for many years.
The clarity of the concepts expressed in EFK makes the process of addressing weight reduction and blood-sugar control seem so simple one wonders why the penny had not dropped much earlier.
It is so EASY to change habits and enjoy food even more being conscious of making sound decisions. Leigh's idea that "diet'" is a dirty word and that "fat" is not only acceptable but necessary leads to guilt free enjoyment of good "old style' foods.
I thoroughly recommend this well presented game changer.
so I was extremely happy to discover The Eat For Keeps Experience.
Its simple and practical approach means that people with weight and diabetes challenges
can make effective and healthy changes to their lives.
Wether you are a health professional or someone who wants to lose weight, you will find this book an invaluable resource.
I loved this book and would recommend it to anyone who wants to manage their weight AND GENERAL HEALTH without having to make radical and unsustainable changes to their lifestyle or diet.
