With specific suggestions about how much sodium to look for in a frozen meal, calorie counts for fast food & cocktails, "recipes," sample meal plans, and tips for portion control, dealing with cravings & special situations, this book covers pretty much anything you might encounter. I'm so thrilled someone finally wrote a book for those of us who don't cook but still want to eat well. I may buy a lot of pre-packaged or single serving food, but I still want to be healthy. I highly recommend!
