But Joe earned my trust with his previous cookbook, Serve Yourself, and in Eat Your Vegetables, there's all this rhapsodizing about something I'd thought of as stinky and evil...so I tried it in his Sweet Potato, Kimchi and Greens Hash.
I haven't been a particularly adventurous cook, but Eat Your Vegetables is changing that. Kimchi, Marinated and Baked Tofu, Pepper-Crusted Tofu with Broccoli Stir-Fry, Baby Eggplant Parm...all of a sudden, I'm making these bold (as promised), beautifully seasoned, vegetarian recipes.
And with my big stash of homemade kimchi—seasoned to MY tolerance—I'm ready to take on the recipes for Grilled Kimcheese, Guaca-chi and Kimchi Deviled Eggs.
