This information is available in big books but it's great to have this necessary information all together in one place, easy to read and remember from time to time.
There's no magic and all the magic in the world. You are what you eat. I didn't come up with that, but I've discovered after years of eating wrong and then a few years of eating right just how appreciative the body can be. It's a good book. Worth 5 stars and keeping on your side of the bed.
The specific discussions about various aspects of the tie between proper eating and proper bodily function (in this case sexual activity) were well thought out and presented.
The author does a fine job of defining important terms. For each discussion topic, the author discusses many foods (or processes for making food) that may lead to causing problems with sexual activity. Then she tells about the foods that will lead to improvement in the activity.
I recommend this book.
