This is an incredibly thorough and well-researched guide to helping women reduce their risk of breast cancer through including beneficial cancer-preventing foods and limiting foods that may promote the development of breast cancer. The book includes information on environmental factors including plastics and BPA, and tips to limit your exposure. There are very practical cooking tips and eating strategies that help you quickly incorporate Natalie's recommendations into your lifestyle. I consider this a great resource for all women looking to decrease their risk of breast cancer, but it's also a great resource for healthcare professionals to help them better educate women on diet and lifestyle choices to reduce their breast cancer risk!

As a woman in her late 30s experiencing changes to breast tissue, I have been researching the impact of nutrition on breast health. This book is clearly written, up-to-date and very informative. A great go-to when I want to know something on this topic fast. It also helped me to get organised to eat for better breast health. I didn't think I needed help getting organised but it turns out I did!

Read this book cover-to-cover on about a 2 hour flight, so a pretty quick read. I scribbled notes the whole time and finished it excited for my next trip to the grocery store! Even as someone that considers myself pretty well-informed on good nutrition, this book really dove deeper into areas that taught me something new. I loved how realistic Natalie is in her recommendations - there are themes of sanity in moderation, praise for small changes, and every day is an opportunity to modify habits. No passing judgement. She is clearly well informed in the area as the book referenced actual clinical studies and published journals linking nutrition and breast cancer .. really interesting stuff! Read this if you are ready to get inspired!!
