Bought this to cover the two new grills I installed this spring. Other than the top being a little flimsy during installation once it's together it's overall pretty solid. I did remove the back bar where you can hang stuff as it was in the way for my new grills, plus it looks better without it. The lights are bright but I have only used them once. Overall it was a good purchase and I would recommend it to others. Assembly instructions could be a little better. Took me a couple hours to put together. You need another person to help you with the assembly.

It looks great in the picture but when you receive it it's a different story, the original price was $999.00 so I thought I was greating a great deal, no way! The screws did not line up with the bolts, and if it did they were stripped out. The plastic joints holding the four corners together gave way and all I had was a piece of junk on my hands. I had to return it for a refund but nothing went back into the box correctly because of the way it was packed in the first place, they must have spent more on engineering the packing to get it in the "box" it was over 130 pounds when I finished "boxing it up", it took me 3 hours and two adduitional people to get it ready to be picked up, what a project. "Buyer Beware"

What a piece of Chinese garbage, the roof leaks like a sieve, the plastic roof washers don't cover the slotted holes in the roof completely so no seal is possible. The support column corner pieces that anchor the whole top together are cheap plastic that breaks if you raise the roof the way the instructions say; this is the main anchor parts to the whole assembly and need to be aluminum in the worst way or at least a better grade of heavy plastic. All the stress is put on these as you raise the roof one side at a time. If you don't have 2 other people holding the static legs to position them and remove the stress as one side is being raised the legs will spread out too far and break the plastic corner anchors.

All the inserts are poorly pressed into the frame rails and with the slightest torque of the screw they break loose and start to spin....Now you're really screwed!! Your screw is stuck in-between, you can't tighten it all the way and you can't remove it. 8 of these inserts broke loose with the slightest twist of the hex wrench and 5 of them I couldn't get out to repair, worst engineering and manufacturing I have ever seen from the Chinese copy-cats.

Speaking of the instructions, the Chinese translations of the assembly to English is the worst I've seen yet (big surprise), you'll be lucky to get it together at all if you follow them to the letter. Both of the lights didn't work (bad battery packs) after spending 2 days trying to charge them. Also be prepared for a whopping $100 shipping fee.

Worst $400 I ever spent, I would send it back immediately if it wasn't impossible to disassemble due to the spinning threaded inserts and the fact that it would be nearly impossible to repack in the box and a PIA to have a truck pick up this huge heavy piece of junk. All I know is that it stays with my house when I sell it, it isn't worth moving and it doesn't keep the rain or sun off my grill.
