This is a great guide to learn and share with adults and children. The illustrations are visually informative of what happens in an eclipse. (See the screen clips I've posted.) He explains how to protect your eyes while viewing an eclipse and also talks about several unusual effects to watch for, such as the "diamond" ring, Baily's beads and being able to see the sun's chromosphere at totality. I'm looking forward to further installments of Jay's explanations.
