I had no great expectations, but the brush is the most effective piece of this product. I consider this a total waste of my money. There is absolutely no suction to remove dust nor any movement of air from the exhaust while running. I tried changing the batteries around backwards thinking I may have put it in wrong, but it provided no movement of air with batteries in either direction. By placing a finger over the intake or exhaust will cause a change in pitch of the motor, but you do not see any change in the movement of air. It appears that the motor needs air to operate, but does not move any air. I doubt if there is a fan inside the product. The exhaust bag does not even move or change in size when turned on with batteries.

To answer your question: The window to return the item ended a month ago and the cost to return would exceed the value of the item. Item cost was $16.88 and cost to return was about $15. Not worth my time for less than $2. And by now, I have thrown away the packaging. This should have been sent the same week as my review and an offer to pay for return since the item should never be sold in the US for this purpose since it does not work.
