Good economics book. Very well written. It gives really good understanding into topics. The author really dumbed it down for us technical students. :)

Everybody should read this.

Yes, everybody. Many people have completely false ideas about economics, often from reading poor textbooks or extrapolating from personal experience. A careful reading of this book would expose that. Elections are won and lost on false economic reasoning. People make poor choices on the basis of false logic. It is time basic economics was a compulsory school subject; we all make economic choices every day, so it seems sensible we all have an understanding of the subject. Unfortunately, when economics is taught it is taught either in a very superficial way or it is presented as applied maths. This book does it in a much more relevant way. I've read a few books in the same "slot". This is easily the best.

Good, but a lot of uneccessary information

I found the book useful at times, but I found that it contained a lot of information that I did not really need to pass my exams. A good read nonetheless.
