The cover for volume 2 that the shipper later sent me is exactly like the cover of the product on the following page: http://www.amazon.com/Economy-Covenants-Between-God-Comprehending/dp/1146852568/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1290807709&sr=8-1; which is almost indiscernible from the cover on this product page (an ellipsis is substituted for 'in two volumes'). Hence, it looks like this page is selling volume 1, the other page volume 2, and that neither page indicates which volume is being sold (and in this page's case, gives the impression that both volumes are being offered). Further, if I am right and the hyperlinked page is selling volume 2 (again, the cover is just like the cover on the 2nd volume a seller sent me), there is a mistake in the product info; namely the pagination given is volume 1's, not 2's (volume 2 is slightly shorter).
Read my review on the hyperlinked product page if you are interested in buying this. My hypothesis is that this product page is offering volume 2 of "The Economy...". The hyperlinked page is certainly offering volume 1, and the book title on that page is slightly different from the one on this page.
