These cranberries are absolutely delicious, they have the flavor of apple and cranberry, however, they are packed with sugar! 25g per 1/3 cup serving! That's a LOT of sugar, even if it is apples! Not good if you are watching your sugar, so, if you purchase these, I would suggest they be used as a 'garnish' on salads. Not a main ingredient. People do not realize that sugar is sugar, whether it comes from apples, honey, or just plane old cane sugar.. all will feed yeast and cancer and are bad for diabetics, and all should be limited.
