Updating review: After having a service company look at it, they determined it most likely has a poor manufacturing process where the coolant leaked out. Furthermore, this unit uses BUTANE which few repair companies will rebuild (rebuilding costs more than the unit...) I've reached out to edgestar and will update my product review if they are helpful.

This has been a huge asset to our outdoor kitchen for a few years. Then it stopped cooling and I went to look at how to make a warranty claim - I can't because I bought it just over 3 years ago. Super lame and now I have to pay for a repair guy to come and fix it.
