pointed downward. Again on page 71, there is a discrepancy between text and illustration, Standing Marching-Single Leg. Text says to have
toes pointed up and illustration shows toes pointed down. Also I am sure that old rather than hold is just a typo under this same heading.
The book is definitely worth reading and offers a great deal of practical advice before considering surgery.
The book can be improved by supplementing the physiotherapy chapter with links to youtube videos.
The Dr.'s realistic "no rush to surgery" approach to living with aging knees was clearly explained and peppered with some unexpected humor.
The book outlines knee structure and function in an easy to grasp way, as well as providing specific steps to prolong good knee health.
After reading the book, I now feel more confident in making choices regarding supplements, supports, exercises, and nutrition to maximize my knee health.
Highly recommend the book - knees need care - they don't last forever.
