As for not being able to choose the color--who freaking cares? It's a ball. A boy can have a pink ball. Get over it. It's not like it's a sweater (which, if my son wanted a pink sweater, again, who cares).
Strongly recommend this!
We got it around October and hid it in the closet until ready to gift wrap for Christmas. A few days before Christmas, we got the surprise that enough air had escaped the ball that it slid out of the hole in the box. There is, obviously, a leak we can't detect and we'll have to get borrow a pump to refill it. In the meantime, we gave it to the baby out of the box and not as a Christmas gift
So, between the color and the leak, this wasn't a happy experience.
The only reason I wouldn't give it a five-star rating is that after about three months it is starting to get a bit deflated. We'll likely have to find a way to put some more air into it soon.

Of preferred not to have been the same and wish they would allow option to choose colour when ordering, these were purchased for a young gent with sensory impairment and physical disabilities who would of benefited from a brighter colour. The balls themselves are good
