I like to underline and write notes in the margin so I bought it.
This is the best book that I have found on the constitution, it is especially good if you are willing to do the work and look up the citations of cases.
You don't need to be a lawyer or law student to use this, the internet gives nice summaries of the cited cases.
This is not for the casual reader but is very rewarding for a more serious study of the Constitution.
