I adore this! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the box- though utterly perfect for the pieces as shipped!- is not quite big enough to hold the furniture after it's assembled. Also, I'd have wished the characters were printed on both sides.
There are 3 scenes, each with an expanding backdrop, a sheet of various characters (printed on one side), and a sheet of some furniture to assemble. The die-cutting is clean and precise, and goes together easily.
Also included is a big folder with a synopsis of each of the acts, giving plenty of room for improvisation- though I think they are likely best used as display pieces.
This would be a fun gift for Gorey fans, especially because of the very nice box!
