But I do believe, after using the tape for the last month and a half, that the tape has provided me with tools to mitigate the intensity of these ailments. The tape is teaching me how to relax not only before bedtime but throughout the day. Preparation to get a good nights sleep needs to become a gentle and soothing ritual, and one of the most effective parts of the ritual is this tape.
Certainly getting a better night's sleep will in itself lessen stress and anxiety and give one the energy to live a better life. This tape is an effective form of re-educating oneself in life skills that many of us did not learn in school. But now thanks to Catherine Bourne, the author and narrator of the recording and a professionally trained psychotherapist, we can acquire these skills in a most gentle, refreshing, and effective way.
This tape is a little like taking a much needed vacation with some really nice people who will treat you like the princess or prince you really are, and you will feel good about yourself.
