I have been teaching for 16 years, and I purchased this text to prepare for a training in my new position as a trainer/support person for other teachers. It is well-written, concise, and contains invaluable information for any teacher, no matter his or her years of experience, grade level or subject area. It gives background on how the student population we serve is changing, and how our teaching needs to be structured in order to meet their diverse needs. ALL teachers should read this book!

I find it too flimsy, I will have to treat the book with great delicacy, which is not going to easy as I like to highlight different things and I usually pick these types of books up and drop them depending on the research I'm doing
