I really like this product. It is so easy to cook eggs with this. Plug the unit in, spray with oil when it is warmed up, the crack an egg or two in. Wait about 7 minutes and out pops fried egg(s). Cleaning is a breeze too. I use a long handled brush to get inside. Rinse with water and ready to go. I bought it as a novelty but find myself using it all the time. I make 'egg dog' sandwiches with a slice of bread. Fast, easy and cheap meal! Healthier than a hot dog too!

This is the strangest kitchen appliance that I've ever used. We have chickens so we are always interested in new things to do with eggs. On Christmas morning, 7 of us gathered around the Eggmaster to watch the egg log flop up out of its depths. It was a magical experience.

The best part is that the egg logs taste great! It's a little difficult to get the proportions right when you're using odd sized eggs and other ingredients. I found its best to fill it about 3/4 full.

Most of the videos with egg going everywhere were more than likely from overfilling the center cooking tube. We just followed the instructions and things came out great - eggs, pancakes, omelets, pancake wrapped sausage links. There is a lot more experimenting to do.
