This is a little known but essential herb for those who want to achieve the true taste of Mexican cooking, particularly of dishes made with beans. A little bit of this in a bean dish, and you will get more nutrients and less bloating, plus it will taste authentic. This seller sends on time and the product is as advertised. It's very hard to find fresh epazote if you're at all far from the Mexican border, and this dried version of the herb is fine.
