Battery life is okay until it just stopped charging. The insurance and company don't want to help with anything. This sucks. Money down the drain. Needs to help with an exchange battery or help.

baterias no son de buena calidad no soporta el peso del escooter es muy pesado mala pintura oxido por todos lados soldadura terrible vibra cuando manejas mala suspencion y el vendedor y el seguro no quieren regresar el rembolso por que es chino y no tiene garantia de manufacturacion se bucara abogado para resolver esto estoy parcialmente desabilitado casi me mato cuando se solto el fender a media calle y las prsonas que iban tras de mi casi me revientan gracias a ellos pude llegar a mi casa que estaba lejos

This thing is cool. It's a great toy for adults. Goes about 25 mph, gets up steep hills (it does slow down) and great battery life for going around town.

This product was a Christmas gift from the in-laws. Like the other reviews, I get a lot of compliments on the look of the bike. My kids love to ride on the back and it goes fast enough I. Flat ground. I’m really shocked that no other reviews mentioned the lack of power to get up a hill. From day one, it won’t climb over a hill without a little “Fred Flintstone” power (I literally have to give it full throttle and walk it with my feet. At first I was hopeful it was due to the 20 degree weather we had in January, but even in 80 degrees and fully charged it still won’t get up a hill without assistance! This severally limits the use, as there are two large hills in my neighborhood… and I don’t live in a mountainous area. Is there a way to increase the power my modifying the governor or adding a more powerful battery?!?!?
