Do not buy from Jia inc! They sell faulty massage chairs and don’t honor the manufacturer’s one year warranty. Buyer will have to pay out of pocket $300+ to return item. Their customer service is horrible! Don’t buy anything from them!
My chair stopped working less than 2 months after assembling it.

This massage chair didn’t even last 10 months and it just stopped working. I used it maybe 12xs in 10 months and it stopped working. The worst part is that when I tried reaching out to the company no one is able to help me. I also purchased the “3 year warranty” and when I reached out to them, they claim it wasn’t the correct warranty. What in the world? Terrible customer service for such an expensive item and the item itself should not have malfunctioned for no apparent reason.

Beautiful, Luxurious Massage Chair!

I looked at many massage chairs and read many reviews before ordering this one. When you look at the ratio of bad reviews to good, the majority of the reviews on this chair were good. I have to say the features and the looks of the chair are just what I wanted, this looks like a very high end recliner and nice piece of furniture, it looks very nice in my family room. I am pleased with the style and construction if the chair.
One issue with the chair in the negative reviews seemed to be that it just quit working one day after working fine for months, very rarely did I read a review that stated the chair was DOA, so I have to pose the following question....did the people that had problems use a surge protector or have the chair plugged directly into an outlet? I am no expert, but it seems that the circuit board could fry with a power surge, so I would say you may want to buy a surge protector to protect your investment.

Now on to delivery. It took about 10 days to make it to Nevada, where I live. The freight company was very accommodating and placed the box in my garage. It is pretty big and heavy. I hired a company to move it out of the garage and assemble it. It took two men about 30 minutes and well worth it to me, a single female. I know I could have assembled it, but not moved it. Now that it's in place, it's on rollers and can be moved to another position in the room pretty easily.

So, it's up and running and the biggest treat of my day. I can't wait to get home to my new best friend!
Do your research and save yourself a couple thousand. This chair us just as good if not better than the high priced ones, and it's a nice looking recliner too!

UPDATE: Today is August 21st, and I want to report that the chair is still working fine. I have tryed many massage combinations and have tweeked it to the one I like best. My two cats like to sleep on it when it's not in use, and even though one of them vomited on it, it cleaned up with a damp paper towel, like new. So I'm giving it another 5stars!

SECOND UPDATE: Today is April 3, 2017. I am happy to report that after 10 months my massage recliner is still working like new. Love it and use it everyday. This was a wonderful purchase!

THIRD UPDATE: August 7, 2017. Have used this chair everyday since I received it. It is a little over a year since I purchased it. This has truly been one of my best investments. Within the last few years, I have had problems with fluid rentention in my legs, the chair has been a tremendous help! I highly recommend it to anyone with any kind of circulatory or fluid retention problems, this chair brings relief!

DO NOT BUY this chair. I bought this chair a few years ago. It was pretty good massage very rough and has hurt my back a few times. You need to put extra padding to be able to handle the deep pressure. I enjoyed the chair anyway and now after a few years it is not working. BTW it never had heat like it says it does. I have contacted the company a week ago and they have not returned a response. I now have a 300 pound chair in my living room that does not work and I am so disappointed that for the money I spent the company can't even respond???

The chair was delivered on 12/16/18 and I haven't seen my wife since! LOL. She loves it! She did so much research and looked and tried so many different models and she settled on this one. The delivery company called the week before to schedule the delivery and it arrived in one big box. This is only a delivery company, they do not set it up-but that was ok as I knew this from the prior reviews left here-we had them put it in our garage. The chair is assembled in the box except for the arms and control panel which are easy to put into place. I only had to hook up the heating element wires and connect the air tubes-it was all relatively simple. We put our chair downstairs but my son and I handled it pretty easily down the steps. The instructions that come with it are kind of vague, my wife couldn't figure out why the heat wasn't coming on for a few days and figured out there is a flip out panel on the front of the control panel that has more button selections-that's where the heat is! She is very happy about this chair. Yes, you can spend a lot more money and I guess it depends on what you all want but she did not care about other options that the more expensive chairs offered, i.e. Bluetooth, zero gravity, etc. It's all your personal preference.

Our chair arrived defective, did not massage the shoulder region even when prompted, it also did this awful clicking when placed on a certain massage type (kneading). Our parents have this same chair without issues and it does work well, when it is actually working. I had more issues with the company than I did with the chair, returning it is a nightmare, we've been trying to do so for a month and finally got the answers we wanted. The chair itself is a gamble, theirs (parents) works well, ours never worked 100% correctly. I would look into other options if possible.
