It's A Mixture of Graphite & Water Soluble Glue
Comes with lots of caveats so do some research.
..like it won't work to fix any kind of wiring
attached to a windshield, antenna, defroster etc.

It isn't tacky.. so either use a clamp, or be
prepared to hold the object (for a long time.)
It's thin & watery..apply sparingly in layers.
...and even after it's dried to the touch, it
won't conduct electricity very well until it's
sat for at least a few days to throughly dry.

It gets Brittle.. and will crack away under any
kind of stress or tugging.. so be prepared to
reinforce whatever you're mending with either
tape of an additional application of epoxy.

Lastly... It's NOT really Metallic.. IOW.. Not
as good at conducting electricity as you'd
probably hope it would be. It DOES conduct a
current but not as well as solder. I fixed a
flashlight, and you can see a BIG difference
between the mended flash & an identical unit.

Given the alternative (buying and/or using a
soldering unit) it's BETTER THAN NOTHING.

This stuff works. At least for simple projects where solder would be impractical.
I was able to repair a jumper wire with a metal snap-end (kids electronics kit) by drilling into the end connector and then stripping and coating the wire with this material.
Note that the instructions make clear that you need to be able to cure the connection for 24 hours, then recommends that you strengthen the bond with acrylic glue or something else stronger.
I wouldn't expect my fix to stand up under any kind of tugging, but I was very pleased to be able to produce a professional-looking fix where nothing else would have worked.
I'm anxious to try this for repairing tiny parts on PC boards. Not predicting a positive outcome.

Not glue. Has no adhesive properties. Cannot be used to glue anything. It appears to be powdered graphite in water. Very low conductivity, even when dried, it pretty much just insulated my connections. Testing by painting a terminal with it, letting it dry, LED lights did come on but at very low brightness.
Not recommended for any purpose.

I had a wire that kept falling out of a connector. I put some of this stuff on the wire and in the hole and stuck the wire back in. It has not fallen back out since. Worked exactly as I needed it to.

I was working on a Samsung Galaxy S3 when the antenna nipple came off the main board. I sent the board back to Samsung & a technician said that it was damaged beyond repair. I had ordered this product before I shipped the board off so it was already delivered when I received the bad news. I had nothing to lose so I tried it. IT WORKS! Granted, it is thin and somewhat watery (of course it says all this in the directions) & you have to secure the connection to let it dry but, again, it works! The phone connects to the Internet via wi-fi & even updated the operating system. I have to still add Super Glue or epoxy to secure the connection better. I applied the product, after stirring it completely to make sure everything was mixed well, with a piece of straw from a broom.

I purchased this item to use for "soldering" electrical connections where true soldering was prohibitive due to the heat associated with it. This product is basically 100% carbon powder suspended in a glue product. It must be stirred up very well before each use. It's disappointing that the glue product is SO fluid; it flows like crazy and can make a heck of a mess if you're not careful. It takes at least 24 hours for the glue to dry completely, but by golly it's conductive!! For connections that are apt to be stressed due to movement, I advise finally sealing the connection with epoxy.

Haven't found a better product for "heatless soldering" that is so versatile.

I used this product on a vintage television chassis to help ground the riveted component bases and it worked excellent.

I got this for a small project that I was having problems soldering. It's VERY runny which is bad for me because my project has solder points fairly close to each other. So I'm having some trouble with controlling where it's going and when trying to tape off the other solder points to prevent the glue from going on them I'm having issues with it not staying stuck to the board or wire when I remove the tape even if I score the tape around the solder point and have applied two to three decent coats of the glue. Quick tests show that it does "work", but I'm going to have to play around with it to see if I can find out how to thicken it up and still be functional. If the pack had thicking instructions on it, since I'm sure there are some projects that it being runny would be better, I'd like it alot more... As it is now, even if you follow the instructions and apply it with a toothpick it's still pretty messy.

Great product. Good for projects where you need to make an electrical connection but can't use a soldering iron on a delicate item.

Very handy stuff. Just remember it doesn't have a lot of structural integrity when it dries. You need to use another adhesive on top of it after curing. I used it to attach wires to a thin film PV cell and it worked great.
