One of my concerns with these strings though... Are that 1) they do not come in an air tight package... They come with a little package of scillica for freahness but no factory fresh strings here...,
I'm writing this only a few hours after installation, so I don't know how well they'll hold up in a few days... I read a review that claims the strings rusted after only one day... But that seems like an isolated inscident as most reviews are very positive on any site you wish to look fotmr the EHX strings...
Right now I am totally in love so I will update if anything changes... My ither concern is that , they really do feel like nylon, very stretchy , therefore they fall out of tube quickly.., I've been bending and retuning and the problem seems to be going away little by little as wuth most other strings...
I tried to do research and find out who really makes these strings, ehat factory... Is it even here in the states? I think so, it is electro harmonix after all...
But if you are in search of a different string brand to try.., I really recommend these...
GHS are the best, no doubt, but these feel better at least.
If you are an Earnie Ball guy, I don't know what to say since I can never find a good sound out of those... Lifeless, brittle sound... Please don't buy Earnie Balls... Get D'addarios or GHS's ... Or these EHX.
I'm ordering their 3 different gauges as the 9's feel ridiculously comfortable to play... People say their 10's feel like 9's .... It all sounds too good to be true... So, we'll see...
