1. DO NOT apply electrodes over the anterior neck region, chest, head or across throat or mouth. 2. Do not use electrodes over swollen, inflamed areas, or areas of decreased sensation. 3. Precaution should be taken on patients suspected of having heart disease. 4. Electrodes must not be used if you have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or other metallic/electronic device. 5. Electrodes should not be shared with others. 6. DO NOT use electrodes while driving or operating machinery.

1. Clean application area. 2. While the electrodes are still on the liner, connect the electrodes to the device (make sure the unit is turned OFF). 3. Remove the electrodes from the liner (do not pull on the lead wires) and press them firmly to the skin. 4. Begin treatment. 5. After treatment, turn unit OFF. 6. Remove the electrodes from the skin (do not pull on the lead wires). 7. Place the electrodes on the liner and disconnect the lead wire. 8. Store the electrodes in the resealable bag.
