About the Author

Henry is certified as a Professional Security Network Associate (PSNA) and holds the highest certification (CHS-V) from the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security. Henry has designed and implemented numerous physical security projects at military bases, seaports, and educational throughout the United States. Henry is the president of ProSecCon, Inc. d/b/a Professional Security Consulting providing expert witness and security technology consultation. Frank J. Davies is a veteran of 30 years in the physical and electronic security industry, who has specialized in the design and implementation of sophisticated security integration projects for the Federal Government, Airports, and Fortune 500 clientele. Frank has installed and overseen the installation of numerous physical security projects at educational facilities around the country. He holds certifications by the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security (CHS-III) and Office of Infrastructure Preparedness. Frank is a member of several industry organizations and is a member of Infragard (FBI Private/Business Organization) and the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) since 1996. Gregory Bernardo has over 18 years of experience in the physical and electronic security industry, During this time, Greg has held key positions for various security industry leaders both in the manufacturing and consulting sides of the industry. During this time, Greg has designed and assisted with implementation of physical security projects at many of our country's prestigious airports, seaports, healthcare facilities, and some of the largest school districts in the central United States. Greg has been published in the international magazine Passenger Terminal World, has been a speaker at BuilConn, and performed dozens of national and international training seminars specializing in video surveillance. Frank Davies and Greg Bernardo are principals of Aella Consulting Group, Inc. where they serves as an expert witnesses and security technology consultants.
